Producer Relations Manager, VP. I collaborate with Senior Management on behalf of our Producers. The biggest and most enjoyable part of my job is managing all of AmRisc’s marketing events including: client appreciation events, conferences, team-building activities, marketing trips & internal company events.
COVID-19 turned the marketing world upside down. All of AmRisc’s marketing events transitioned to the virtual environment, which caused us to start thinking outside of the box. I heard about LMH Experiences through IMCA (Insurance Marketing & Communications Association) during a roundtable discussion focusing on transitioning in-person events to virtual experiences. LMH came highly recommended from a participant. What I loved most about LMH was their dynamic approach to accommodate all types of companies. Their product offerings were not limited to a box but offered a unique approach that I found would match our company’s marketing approach for events. Highly adaptable to our needs while also providing excellent recommendations for enhancing our client’s overall experience during an event.
LMH’s creativity and expertise in the virtual world helped set AmRisc apart from its competitors and proved to our Producers that marketing did not skip a beat. I enjoyed LMH’s collaborative approach during the event planning stages. They strived to fully understand our business and exceeded client’s expectations. One thing to highlight is the responsiveness from LMH. My first event with them was a 3-day conference that we normally host for ~500 Brokers, and I was very hesitant of the ‘unknown’ and how our virtual event was going to translate to what we normally achieve in-person. LMH took that burden off of me immediately through excellent communication and organization (made my job of herding the cats A LOT easier ha!). They definitely understand what it means to give quality service!
Unique & out of the box thinking. It’s hard enough to be at our desks more and have to stare at computer screens all day, so providing a virtual event that can entertain, involve and make an impact on our customers is extremely important! AmRisc has realized that marketing and providing excellent customer service to our producers doesn’t stop just because we are virtual, and there are many events and activities that we can still create and improve on to foster that relationship.
LMH exceeded expectations - the feedback I heard from our producers was unbelievable. I had numerous requests for the vendors AmRisc utilized during their events. It made me feel so accomplished and happy to know that our Producers enjoyed the events LMH provided. It really proved to me how our business didn’t stop, but shined through these challenges as we navigated the unknowns of virtual events, and all thanks to the LMH team for making the AmRisc team look good! We are so thankful to have found a vendor we can trust and grow with during this pandemic, and hopefully we can soon see their capabilities during our in-person events.
