Payment Schedule + Terms
Virtual Events:
To officially book an event, the minimum LMH Event Coordination Fee is required to be paid in full or alternative arrangements are confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.
Initial payment is due within three (3) business days to confirm the event. The event is not considered confirmed until payment has been received or alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
The client agrees to pay a 2.99% credit card processing fee on all invoices processed via credit card. Clients can waive this fee when payment is made via bank transfer or check.
We require a final guest guarantee 48 hours prior to the event. The client will be charged the remaining balance based on that number + any additional attendees. If a final headcount is not received 48 hours prior to the event, the client will be charged for the maximum projected headcount.
The remaining balance is due three (3) business days after the event, unless alternative arrangements are confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.
Unless previously agreed upon in writing, any past due events are subject to a late fee of up to 5% per month, beginning 30 days after the invoice is due. Unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card on file, if applicable, if payment is not received within 30 days after the invoice due date.
In-Person Events:
LMH will act as an agent between the client and the third party venues and vendors we are utilizing for the event.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the client will sign the contracts with the venues and vendors directly.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment will be made by the client to the venues and vendors directly using a credit card authorization form that LMH will provide, or other payment methods as required by the client.
LMH is not liable for changes made in regards to availability, timelines and fees from the venue or vendors.
Digital + Home Deliveries:
Gift Card Delivery Policy - The day after the event completes, LMH will reach out for a approved recipient list of email addresses to complete the Digital Delivery for the event. Digital Deliveries will be sent out 2-3 business days following the receipt of the approved recipient list.
Home delivery payment method - A signed Credit Card Authorization form is required for all Home Delivery orders. It must be completed and submitted at the time the initial payment is received to avoid delays in order creation.
Addresses for all deliveries are to be submitted to LMH staff a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date using either the provided home delivery spreadsheet or the use of a dedicated registration page. Any addresses provided after that deadline are subject to additional shipping fees and are not guaranteed to arrive before the event date.
LMH Experiences relies on third party vendors for the supply of products in the Home Deliveries. LMH Experiences will arrange for shipment of the Home Deliveries to the provided list of addresses. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. LMH Experiences is not liable for any delays in shipments and is not liable for any goods damaged in transit. We will, of course, do everything in our power to try to get any at-risk packages delivered on time.
For deliveries that include the shipment of alcohol, it is the client's responsibility to confirm all attendees are over the age of 21. You represent that you and all participants in the virtual event will comply with all federal, state, and local laws as it pertains to the use of any home deliveries, including, without limitation, the consumption of alcohol.
LMH Experiences does not manufacture or control any of the products offered in the Home Deliveries. The availability of products in the Home Deliveries does not indicate an affiliation with or endorsement of any product or manufacturer. Accordingly, LMH Experiences does not provide any warranties with respect to the products offered in the Home Deliveries. However, if a manufacturer's warranty is provided, it will be included with the product.
Photography + Recordings
LMH staff may take photos during the experiences, which we will provide to the client after the event upon request, and may be used on our website and social media platforms.
Recordings of the sessions can be made available only at the prior written request of the client.
