July 1 : Summer Fellows - Coffee Tasting
Learn to taste coffee like a professional! Together attendees learn all about coffee cupping - taste, evaluate, and compare the flavor, quality and potential of each coffee sample. Owner, Khanh Trang, of Greater Goods Roasting Co. is a first generation Vietnamese female business owner and will talk about her experience starting and growing her business.
Attendees will receive an at-home cupping kit including a cupping bowl and spoon, three different coffee samples and a flavor wheel to utilize during the tasting experience.

July 8 : Summer Fellows - Whiskey Tasting
Analyze a variety of whiskeys from POC-owned distilleries through visual examination, taste and aroma. Kala, owner of Five Senses Tasting, along with a whiskey expert will lead attendees through the tasting and speak to their experience in the world of whiskey.
Attendees will receive a tasting kit featuring three whiskeys and tasting notes to reference during the experience.

July 15 : Summer Fellows - Wine Tasting
Join certified sommelier, Brianne Cohen, for an informational and fun wine tasting featuring wines produced by POC-owned wineries. Brianne will speak in detail about each vineyard and spend time sharing the winemakers' stories. She will also help "up your wine game" as she gives attendees step-by-step instructions on how to: look, smell, taste and draw conclusions about each wine.
Attendees will receive a tasting kit featuring three full size bottles of wine to be used during the interactive tasting.

July 21 : Summer Fellows - Cheese Tasting
Alice - owner of Alice's Table, a fully digital lifestyle company - will join in a fireside chat about building a female-founded company and how working with investors such as Shark Tank’s Mark Cuban and Sara Blakely allowed her to scale the experiences Alice's Table offers leading the way to "shoppertainment." Guests will enjoy one of the most popular Alice's Table experiences - a guided charcuterie board making session - learning about each ingredient while designing an Instagram-worthy charcuterie board.
Attendees will receive a gourmet selection of meats, cheeses, and accouterments used to design their own charcuterie board.

July 28 : Summer Fellows - Chocolate Tasting
Chocolate educator, Victoria Kichuk, will guide attendees through a “Women in Chocolate” tasting highlighting the specific contributions of women chocolate makers and sharing the story behind chocolate made with cacao from women-owned cooperatives. Guests will leave with a new appreciation of chocolate and a further understanding of chocolates' greater historical, geographical, scientific, and cultural context.
Attendees will receive a tasting kit featuring a variety of four full-size chocolate bars made by female chocolatiers or with cacao from female-owned cooperatives.
